 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from your delivered date for store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please submit a return request in our Returns Portal within 2-3 days of delivery date. You may use a pre-paid label that will be deducted from your total return provided through our Returns Portal ($12.00 fee) or you may use a return label from your preferred carrier. Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse. 

 COFFERS Emporium does not accept exchanges at this time. You may only  submit a return request. Once your returns are processed, you will be issued store credit for you to place another order.
